  1. Scope of Services

    The services provided by iFlourish are for psychological counselling and psychotherapy. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or other professional services. If you require medical or psychiatric care, appropriate referrals can be provided.

  2. Eligibility for Services

    Services are provided to adults (18 years and above), couples and families. By engaging in therapy, clients confirm that they are legally able to provide informed consent.

  3. Fees & Payment Terms

    Individual sessions are charged at S$180 per session/hour.

    Couple sessions are charged at S$220 per session/hour.

    A deposit of S$80 is required to confirm a session. Balance of payment is to be paid at the end of each session. Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place. Accepted payment methods include PayNow and bank transfer.

    Prices for our sessions are subject to change without notice.

  4. Appointments & Cancellations

    Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations, reschedules or missed appointments will result in forfeiting of deposit. This policy helps ensure fairness and availability for other clients.

  5. Confidentiality & Its Limits

    All sessions are treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with professional ethical guidelines. Information shared will not be disclosed without consent, except in circumstances where there is risk of serious harm to the client or others, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable person, or when disclosure is required by law.

  6. Online & Tele-therapy Disclaimer

    Online sessions are conducted via secure platforms. While reasonable measures are taken to ensure privacy, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed due to the nature of internet-based communication.

    iFlourish takes no responsibility for a client’s ability to access the internet or for a client’s ability to access the session mode of transmission e.g., Zoom. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have access to the technology needed to attend the session.

  7. Recording Policy

    All sessions will be recorded for the purpose of clinical supervision and quality of care. Recordings are used solely within a professional and confidential supervisory context.

    All recordings are stored securely and will be retained for a period of up to six (6) months, after which they will be permanently deleted. Access to these recordings is strictly limited to the therapist and, where applicable, authorised clinical supervisors who are bound by the same professional and ethical confidentiality obligations.

    To protect the therapeutic process and the privacy of all parties involved, clients are not permitted to audio- or video-record sessions on personal devices unless prior written consent has been obtained from the therapist.

  8. Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer

    Services provided are not intended for emergency or crisis situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact SOS (1767), National Mindline (1771), or visit your nearest hospital emergency department.

  9. Professional Boundaries

    To protect the therapeutic relationship, interactions outside of sessions (including but not limited to social media contact, personal relationships, or dual relationships) are limited and professionally boundaried.
